My name is Chrissy,

I created The Cotswold Listing Room because I genuinely want to help people sell their homes without the stress or expense that so often comes with it. Having experienced firsthand how off-putting large estate agency fees can be, I believe there is a simpler, fairer way. Selling a home is a significant moment, and I don’t believe it should come with an unnecessary price tag.

I’ve always had a love for homes, inspired by growing up around my father’s experience of buying and selling houses, and I’ve learnt so much from him over the years.

The process is simple and designed to help you in the easiest way. I will be with you all the way. I have always believed that selling your home should be a wonderful process as you're about to have another adventure, whether you're buying another home or off to have another chapter of your life.

There will be a one-off fee, no percentage + VAT added on. The fee is the same for everyone, from small studios to Manor houses. The level of care will always be the same. You can pick and choose the services you would like.

There will be a one-off fee to upload to Rightmove. Then you can pick and choose any of the below you would like, no set package, each to be tailored to you for a small admin fee. Just a few ideas of what you could have:

• The Photos, Floorplan & EPC can either be arranged by you, me or someone professional.

• Either you or myself doing the viewings.

• There will be no contract for how long to stay on with The Cotswolds Listing Room. If the house is not sold, you are not tied in to any contracts.

• If you don’t have a solicitor, I would be happy to put you in touch with the one I use or another solicitor I recommend.
